Titanforged gear is basically independent ilvl of where it drops. (I saw a piece of gear on alpha that was titanforged warforged and was 885 but that may have been a bug) although someone in a responce claims to have seen 890 So it may be 890.
What you will not get is 915 or anything of that Because titanforged as far as anyone has seen has a cap of from what ive seen 880.
So in that sense yes you can get +75 ilvl's on a titanforged piece of gear. The first gear that has a chance to roll titanforged is 805 world quests pieces. I'm making this post to try to clear up some of the false things from that post. So yesterday there was a post on here that got alot of momentum about how titanforged was going to ruin the game and how it would make 915 ilvl gear out of Heroic Dungeons.better than mythic raid
